A Fix for Oceania is Now in Testing

Oceania has not been a very fun or very happy shard for quite a while now.

A few weeks ago, Jeff Skalski, producer of UO (and the Ultima Franchise) mentioned that a fix is in the works for Oceania.

A week later, Jeff directly addressed it again, saying they were 14-16 days out from a fix being completed and tested.

Right around 14 days after saying that, Jeff had this to say on Stratics today:
Fix is now in testing. We’re making progress. More news to come as we get closer to going live with the fix. Thanks for your patience!
