Ultima Online Publish 78 Hits Test Center

Publish 78 patch notes have hit the UO Herald and it’s live on the Test Center.

You really should just read the release notes linked above, but here is a brief summary:
– Anniversary Items
– Despise Dungeon Revamp (Trammel only)
– New Despise artifacts
– New Cleanup Britannia Dyes
– Halloween Masks added
– New Casino Games
– Steward NPCs that players can hire/buy
– Slew of bugfixes
– Enhanced Client fix for loading/unloading items crashes

And no, I do not believe this is the extent of what we will see for the anniversary.
