Will the EM Event Griefing Ever be Dealt With Seriously?

The screenshots to the right are of one of the EMs on Sonoma having to deal with a couple of assholes tonight, October 8, 2012, during a one-of-a-kind event, Lord Blackthorn’s coronation, but it’s not unique to Sonoma, I’ve seen it on Lake Austin and Atlantic over the past few days with their coronation events.

I’ve been seeing this crap at numerous events across many shards over the past few years, and it was noted by the UO team back in May or June of 2011 that they noticed it was getting worse.

This was discussed at the March 2011 House of Commons and a few months later in the May, 20111 Producer’s Letter.

I really don’t care if these are kids screwing around with their parents’ accounts, or if they are adults who didn’t get enough attention from mommy and daddy growing up.

This crap was talked about multiple times in 2010 and 2011, and here we are nearing the end of 2012, and it’s still going on.

Whatever happened to the improvements being made to the customer service/GM tools to deal with these assholes?
